Your Role & Impact

As a Senior Product Executive, you will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, blending strategic vision with data-driven execution. Your analytical prowess and leadership will ensure our products exceed market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs, leveraging market trends and customer insights to align with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Establish metrics frameworks, analyze product performance, and iterate based on quantitative insights.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee products from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in product management with a track record of successful SaaS/software product launches.

  • Analytical Excellence:

  • Strong logic and quantitative skills; adept at translating data into actionable insights.

  • Proven experience in setting KPIs, A/B testing, and driving data-backed decisions.

  • Technical Proficiency:

  • Agile/Scrum expertise.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • MBA or certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Product Management).
  • UI/UX knowledge or familiarity with front-end/back-end technologies.
  • 7+ years of experience across diverse product categories.
