About the Role

As a Procurement Administrator at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for supporting daily procurement activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain and purchasing functions. This full-time position, based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, involves liaising with suppliers, maintaining procurement records, and assisting in sourcing and purchasing materials and services.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Perform Cost effective procurement activities such as sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationship to ensure timely delivery of materials and quality goods and services.
  • Process purchase orders and monitor inventory levels to maintain optimum stock.
  • Liase with internal departments to understand their requirements and facilitate the procurement process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to purchasing, receiving and inventory management.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing responding to supplier and customer inquiries.
  • Responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with all relevant government regulations.
  • Manages administrative tasks and processes related to government compliance, documentation and reporting.
  • Act as a liaison with government agencies and provides support to internal team on regulatory matters.
  • Complete additional State and Federal reporting as required.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in procurement or administrative roles, preferably in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and inventory management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and records
