We are a growing construction company looking for a proactive Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be familiar with e-invoicing and SST-related matters, and able to manage day-to-day accounting operations accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities


• Handle daily accounting tasks — AP, AR, and general ledger.


• Manage and submit e-invoices in compliance with LHDN requirements.


• Prepare and file SST returns accurately and on time.


• Perform bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and project expense tracking.


• Assist in monthly financial reports and liaise with auditors or tax agents.

Requirements


• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance.


• Minimum 2 years' accounting experience, preferably in construction.


• Familiar with SST and e-invoicing systems.


• Proficient in accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.).


• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.


• Experience in project or construction accounting.


• Knowledge of CIDB compliance or construction-related reporting.
