Company Background

We are representing our client; one of Asias largest listed wealth management fintech platform. As they continue to expand, they are seeking for a Settlement Executive (E-Payment) to join the team in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform/Monitor Daily Transfers of E-Wallet Services - Top Up, Withdrawals, DIY FX Conversion.
  • Monitor balances in all trust accounts are sufficient for intraday operations.
  • Maintain the daily Cash Book Journals for Trust and Treasury bank account.
  • Handle enquiries from inter-departments and external parties such as Prepaid Cards Operators, Banks, Trustee and etc.
  • Performed Daily reconciliation for cardholder's wallet holdings(Back office System) VS Trust Bank Account/Trustee.
  • Perform Daily Reconciliation for Prepaid Card Spending and Liaise with the Card Operators
  • Monitor FX Conversion Settlement and liaise with Bank if any issues.
  • Manual Monitor for any 3rd Party payment and arrange for Refund to client.
  • Maintain proper record keeping/archival of all related documents for audit trail.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Support system enhancement & UAT testing for ensuring that all requirements are designed & delivered as per the initiated.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.
  • Follow up for any pending tasks to complete within defined SOPs/SLAs.

Job Requirements

  • Min Degree level is required.
  • Able to meet the cut off time given with sense of urgency.
  • Meticulous and detailed person.
  • Team player and helpful.
  • Preferably advance in SQL, Microsoft Excel and Word.
