Position Title: Sales Support / Pricing Executive
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.
Role Summary:
The Sales Support / Pricing Executive is responsible for preparing quotations, managing pricing requests, and providing administrative support to the sales team. This role ensures all customer and agent enquiries are handled promptly, pricing information is accurate, and internal coordination runs smoothly to support business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Quotation & Pricing Management
- Prepare and issue quotations accurately and in a timely manner based on client or agent requests.
- Verify pricing details, validity periods, and terms before sending to customers.
- Update and maintain pricing records and quotation databases.
Sales Coordination & Follow-up
- Follow up with clients and overseas agents on quotation feedback, shipment status, and billing matters.
- Provide sales team support for customer enquiries, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist in preparing invoices and ensure follow-up on payments when required.
Cross-department Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively between departments to resolve discrepancies or delays.
Market & Administrative Support
- Conduct market research and pricing analysis to support competitive sales strategies.
- Prepare basic reports on quotation conversion rates, customer trends, and sales performance.
- Perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of working experience in sales coordination, pricing, or administrative support within logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in pricing accuracy and document handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal departments.
- Fast learner, organised, and proactive in following up with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
