Technical Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in compilation of approved Certificate of Acceptance (COA), Close Out Report (COR), timesheet, Service Request Form (SRF) and Daily Progress Report (DPR) for Account Department references.
  2. Assist in issuance of invoice based on contract term, progress claims and adequate supporting documents.
  3. Liaise with Project Management team (PMT) to gather all required billing documents and to ensure all invoices meet client requirement to avoid rejection or delays.
  4. Track and monitor all incoming payment by liaising with Account Department to ensure all issued invoices being paid accordinglly .
  5. Follow up proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to expedite outstanding payments.
  6. Resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, or queries raised by clients.
  7. To perform any task that might be assigned by superior form time to time

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Administrative field
  2. Fresh graduates or candidates from the GEES program are encouraged to apply.
  3. Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (PR).
  5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  7. Familiar with Smart GEP portal/system.
