Senior Executive

Job Purpose
To support and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, footfall, and sales performance across F&B outlets and retail channels. This role focuses on campaign execution, digital marketing support, promotions, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning & Execution
- Assist in the implementation of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales and business targets.
- Support brand positioning initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer awareness.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels.
2. Brand & Campaign Support
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, visuals, and messaging across all marketing materials and outlets.
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, seasonal promotions, festive campaigns, and collaborations.
- Maintain and update promotional calendars in line with campaigns and outlet activities.
3. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Support digital marketing activities including social media content, influencers, paid ads, and CRM initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on engagement, reach, footfall, and sales impact.
- Assist in driving online-to-offline (O2O) initiatives to increase outlet traffic.
4. Retail & Outlet Marketing
- Coordinate in-store marketing materials such as POSM, signage, and promotional displays.
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing initiatives at outlet level.
- Provide support for new store openings, refurbishments, and outlet marketing activities.
5. Customer Engagement & Experience
- Assist in managing customer engagement and loyalty programmes.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback and basic consumer insights to support marketing improvements.
- Support initiatives to enhance customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
6. Vendor & Budget Coordination
- Assist in coordinating with external agencies, designers, printers, and media partners.
- Support budget tracking and cost control for marketing activities.
- Prepare purchase requests, quotations, and related documentation.
7. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, operations, and finance teams.
- Support ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Professional certifications in digital marketing are an added advantage
Experience
- Executive: 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Senior Executive: 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience in F&B, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of marketing execution and campaign coordination
- Familiarity with digital and social media platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with basic analytical ability
