Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ipoh for a EOL Engineer, Mould Engineer, Wire Bond Engineer, DA Engineer, Supervisors, and Technician at Carsem. Engineers will focus on specific technical areas such as EOL, molding, and wire bonding, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Supervisors will manage teams to meet production targets, and Technicians will perform detailed technical tasks and maintenance to support smooth operations.
