Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead and grow our FMCG sales operations targeting retail channels including supermarkets, convenience stores, and independent retailers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in driving sales performance in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Strategy & Execution

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

· Identify growth opportunities and new retail partnerships.

· Team Leadership

· Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development support.

· Retail Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with retail partners.

· Market Analysis & Reporting

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.

· Operational Coordination

· Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

· Ensure timely delivery and stock availability at retail outlets.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.

· Strong understanding of retail distribution channels and consumer behavior.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
