Key Responsibilities:

1. SOP, Standard Guidelines & Forms

  • Review SOPs, standard guidelines, and forms created by each department.
  • Improve the process and document design before release.
  • Control document revisions and filing systems.

2. Branch Review & Handover

  • Review branch operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs and guidelines.
  • Identify areas for improvement in company policies and processes.
  • Participate in and witness branch or departmental handover processes.

3. Branch Code Creation

  • Propose branch codes for new openings based on building name and company format.
  • Inform the LSP Department to announce the new code to all departments.

4. CCTV Layout

  • Propose CCTV point locations based on new branch floor plans.
  • Review relocation or additional camera requests.
  • Coordinate with the IT Department and supplier for implementation.

5. Room Numbering

  • Propose room numbering for new branch floor plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors and IT Department for POS system setup.

6. POS System Code Control

  • Propose service, package, promotion, and discount codes based on Marketing Department memos.
  • Inform IT Department to proceed with POS system setup.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  2. Detail-oriented with good organizational and coordination skills.
  3. Able to communicate effectively across departments.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with documentation control.
  5. Experience in operations or administrative support is an added advantage.
  6. Has knowledge in using EBI POS system is an advantage.
  7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a positive mindset.
  8. Previous experience in a retail environment in an analyst or advisor role;
