Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in HVAC / M&E / construction / building services industry.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in HVAC sales may also be considered.
- Knowledge in HVAC systems (air handling units, chillers, ventilation, ducting, VRF/VRV, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal (Proficient in English)
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to clients and consultants.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills with customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD (added advantage).
- Strong analytical skills to prepare cost estimates, quotations, and proposals.
Responsibilities (Key Requirements)
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with project teams to provide technical support.
- Work closely with internal engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Other Requirements
- Possess own transport and willing to travel (local and oversea)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
