What you'll be doing?
  • Lead recruitment efforts: Manage the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for the organization.
  • Streamline HR operations: Oversee employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage payroll and benefits: Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, while administering employee benefits effectively.
  • Foster employee relations: Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, support engagement initiatives, and conduct insightful exit interviews.
  • Drive performance management: Coordinate performance appraisals, track reviews, and support training and development programs to enhance employee growth.
  • Spearhead HR projects: Contribute to process improvements, policy updates, and organizational development initiatives to elevate HR practices.
Who are they looking for?
  • HR expertise: You have at least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Legal knowledge: You possess strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Tech-savvy: You're proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications to effectively manage HR processes.
  • Communication skills: You excel in building rapport and influencing stakeholders at all levels through excellent communication.
  • Attention to detail: You're highly organized and capable of handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can proactively adjust to changing priorities.
  • Language proficiency: You're fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being a plus to engage with Chinese stakeholders effectively.
  • Educational background: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
