Skills & experiences requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Strong product knowledge and technical expertise in relevant industries.
  • Experience in solution design, customization, and technical consulting.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical demonstrations and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in preparing technical documentation and proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Mandarin / Japanese / Korean is preferred. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
  • Ability to travel and support client engagements as needed.

Descriptions of job duties:

  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical guidance, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Solution Development & Customization: Design tailored solutions based on customer needs and optimize product offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sales Support & Closing: Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical assistance, support deal negotiations, and close sales.
  • Product & Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance product positioning.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, sales reports, and proposals to streamline business operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
