Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and room assignments.
- Manage reservations, amendments, cancellations, and no-shows via PMS.
- Respond to guest enquiries (phone, email, in-person) and provide concierge assistance.
- Process payments, deposits, folios; balance cash/shift reports.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to fulfil guest requests.
- Handle guest feedback/complaints professionally and escalate when required.
- Maintain lobby presentation, signage, and collateral; uphold brand standards.
- Prepare daily handover notes and basic reports.
Requirements
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 year hotel front office or customer service experience preferred (fresh grads welcome).
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages an advantage.
- Familiar with PMS (e.g., Opera/Fidelio) or willing to learn; good MS Office skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts.
