  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll administration.
  • Support recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, employment contracts, and handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for new hires and consultants.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives including festive benefits, training coordination, and staff welfare programs.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating events, and supporting daily office operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least 1 year of working experience in HR or administrative functions.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Highly responsible, discreet with confidential information, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
