HR & Admin Assistant/Executive | Penang

- Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll administration.
- Support recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, employment contracts, and handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Prepare and issue offer letters, employment agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for new hires and consultants.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives including festive benefits, training coordination, and staff welfare programs.
- Perform general administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating events, and supporting daily office operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 1 year of working experience in HR or administrative functions.
- Good understanding of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Highly responsible, discreet with confidential information, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
