Administrative Officer

- Organize, file, and maintain various documents and records for the Sales Department.
- Assist with daily office administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, document preparation, and meeting arrangements.
- Support the Sales team by preparing quotations, orders, and related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain customer and supplier records, ensuring information is up-to-date.
- Assist with factory sales-related tasks or understand basic factory operations (experience preferred).
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments to support daily operations and administrative needs.
- Participate in report preparation, data entry, and inventory/material record maintenance.
- Perform other administrative or clerical tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or any related field.
- Candidates with a diploma or relevant administrative experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Experience in Sales or factory sales department is a plus, but candidates without sales administrative experience will also be considered.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication skills and a team player mentality.
