About the Role:

We are seeking a highly professional and dependable Transport Ambassador Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused transportation services for tours, airport transfers, corporate events, and private charters. This role requires a skilled driver with excellent interpersonal abilities and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles—including buses, vans, and limousines—in a safe and professional manner.
  • Provide transportation for guests according to scheduled routes, bookings, and operational requirements.
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations and internal driving policies.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, including assisting guests with luggage and mobility needs.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, schedules, and passenger logs.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on routing and vehicle scheduling.
  • Promote company services by informing guests of current offers, tour packages, and add-on options.
  • Support operational tasks and respond to emergencies when required.

Requirements

  • Valid Vocational Driving Licence (VDL): Public Service Vehicle (PSV) / Goods Driving Licence (GDL) issued by the Road Transport Department (JPJ) is required, per Malaysian transport licensing regulations.
  • Licensed to drive relevant vehicle class (e.g., buses, vans, limousines) under Malaysian license class system (Class D, DA, E, etc.).
  • Minimum age and health requirements as per vocational license regulations (e.g., ≥ 21 years and medically fit)
  • Clean driving record and relevant driving experience.
  • Strong customer service skills, communication, and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience in tourism, transport, or hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
