Description
  1. Coordinate the Annual Work Programme and assist with cost estimates for civil maintenance and repair works.
  2. Support project execution, including planning, BOQ preparation, tender coordination, and progress reporting.
  3. Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure timely processing of payments.
  4. Handle and resolve stakeholder and customer complaints promptly.
  5. Prepare RFAs for contractor and consultant claims.
  6. Update and track EPI system items, NCR/NOD closures, reports, and Work Permit applications.
  7. Ensure site compliance with safety requirements, Work Permit standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  8. Participate in inspections and track closure of project findings.
  9. Maintain civil asset inventories and verify completed work.
  10. Assist in meetings, SOP development, third-party applications, and any tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
  1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years' experience in civil maintenance, construction, or infrastructure works 
  3. Basic understanding of repair works, tender processes, BOQ preparation, and site inspections.
  4. Good communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with safety procedures, Work Permit processes, and regulatory standards is an added advantage.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  8. Willing to travel and work on-site when required.
