Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions – recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance, and training.
  • Lead technical and project-based recruitment (engineers, QS, project managers, safety officers, etc.).
  • Develop and execute manpower plans aligned with ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Labour Law, OSHA 2022, and CIDB requirements.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, confirmations, and contract renewals professionally.
  • Liaise with government agencies (EPF, SOCSO, HRD Corp, JTK, CIDB) for compliance.
  • Manage employee engagement, performance appraisal, and retention initiatives.
  • Support management in building a performance-driven, safety-focused company culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3 – 8 years of HR experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven experience hiring technical and project-site personnel.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law, CIDB, DOSH, and HRD Corp regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with hands-on HR execution capability.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
