Position Overview
The Human Resource & Compliance Executive is responsible for implementing the full spectrum of HR functions and ensuring the organisation's adherence to regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate compliance records, facilitating regulatory submissions and providing essential support in recruitment, employee documentation and HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple responsibilities within multi-nationals environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling and handling employment visa/work pass applications.
- Manage employee documentation such as employment contracts, letters, confirmation notices, amendments and HR-related correspondences.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Execute HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement activities and policy updates as required.
Compliance
- Maintain, update and organise company documentation and records related to all regulatory submissions, approvals and licences.
- Prepare, compile and submit compliance reports and supporting documents for licence applications, renewals and ongoing regulatory obligations.
- Conduct regular internal compliance reviews to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor regulatory updates and notify management of changes that may impact company operations.
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies, agencies and stakeholders when necessary.
General Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team leadership.
- Undertake any other tasks or cross-functional assignments as directed, ensuring effective and efficient overall operations.

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, compliance or a similar administrative role (fresh graduates with relevant exposure may be considered).
- Minimum 1 year experience in dealing with the following government departments/agencies eg: KPM, KDN, JIM, MyXpats, MyFutureJobs, DBKL, EMGS will be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian regulatory requirements and HR practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work in multi-nationals environment.
