Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating materials, tools, and equipment for construction projects.

· Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers for delivery schedules.

· Obtain and compare quotations to ensure best pricing and quality.

· Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and delivery status.

· Work closely with project teams, site personnel, and suppliers to ensure timely material supply.

· Perform other duties assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in the construction or purchasing field. Good knowledge of construction materials and suppliers is an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

· Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized.

· Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Chinese.

· Possess own transport.
