Role Description
This is a
12-MONTHS CONTRACT
role for
Training Admin Support (Junior)
role located at
Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Administration & Coordination
Maintain and update training calendars, attendance records, and training databases.
- Track certifications, learning progress, and PIP outcomes.
Coordinate logistics for onboarding sessions and refresher trainings across countries.
Training Materials Management
Standardize, organize, and maintain training materials (CRM, CXOne, Product, QA, Policy Admin, and soft skills).
- Support the development of facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and post-training assessments.
Ensure proper version control and governance of all training content.
Training Delivery Support
Deliver or co-facilitate basic and refresher training modules under CBSM supervision.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and transferred staff, including integra on ac vi es (e.g., Malaysia onboarding).
Provide on-the-floor coaching to new joiners as needed.
Capability Development
Mentor and develop contractor trainers to build a future internal training team.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness, quality, and learner experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of Business Administration/Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience managing training logistics and records across multiple markets needed.
- Knowledge of contact center or insurance operations (preferred)
- Confidence delivering basic training with room to grow as a certified trainer.
- Excellent English communication; multilingual (Mandarin, Bahasa, or Cantonese) an advantage
