Main Duty: A Packaging Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure products are packed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. They help ensure finished goods are ready for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation
  • Set up, start, and operate packaging machines (fillers, labelers, sealers, wrappers, etc.).
  • Adjust machine settings for speed, packaging size, and product specifications.
  • Load packaging materials such as boxes, bags, film, or labels.
2. Quality Control
  • Inspect packaged products for defects, labeling accuracy, and seal integrity.
  • Follow company quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Remove defective products and report issues to supervisors.
3. Production Monitoring
  • Track production output and ensure targets are met.
  • Monitor equipment to prevent downtime and maintain efficiency.
  • Record data such as batch numbers, quantities, and machine performance.
4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments).
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate major problems to maintenance teams.
  • Assist with changeovers for different products or packaging formats.
5. Safety & Compliance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S or similar programs).

Job Requirements:‌

  1. ‌Education:‌ Junior high school diploma
  2. ‌Language Skills:‌ Mandarin, English, and Malay
  3. ‌Age & Gender:‌ 20 years old or above; gender neutral

  4. ‌Work Competency:‌

  8. ‌Salary:‌ RM1700–RM3500/month
  9. ‌Working Hours:‌ Monday to Friday, 8:0 AM–18:00 PM (12:00 PM–12:30 PM: Lunch break)
  10. ‌Compensation Structure:‌ Basic salary + position allowance; overtime pay calculated according to labor laws; pay EPF, SOCSO, etc. as required by the local government,
  11. ‌Salary Payment:‌ Paid by the 7th of each month for the previous month's salary.
