Responsibilities :

  • To monitor NSC progress and performance on site.
  • To coordinate all NSC work with main contractor.
  • To supervise and conduct inspection on all M&E work done.
  • To host M&E coordination meeting / site meeting from time to time to ensure the work done as per designed.
  • To ensure the workmanship of all M&E work carried out by sub-contractor compliance to design & specifications.
  • Troubleshoot site issues.
  • Liaison with related authorities.
  • Witness testing and commissioning work by sub-contractor.
  • To conduct QAQC inspection in accordance with company's direction.
  • Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in building's electrical and landscape services such for factory and housing type, mechanical services such as fire protection system, cold water and sanitary plumbing.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Candidates fluent who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication in Mandarin.
