We're Hiring: R&D Assistant Manager | F&B

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative R&D Assistant Manager to join our Retail Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary innovation, and the ability to drive product development initiatives that align with market trends and consumer preferences.

  • Location: Subang Jaya, Malaysia
  • Work Mode: On-site Office
  • Role: R&D Assistant Manager | F&B

What You'll Do:

  • Lead product development projects from concept to launch.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance.
  • Perform sensory evaluation and quality testing of products.
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
  • Innovate new recipes while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Manage project timelines effectively to meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D within the F&B sector.
  • Strong understanding of food science principles and product development processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Passion for food innovation and consumer trends.

Salary package:

Up to MYR 6,500
