- Skubbs Private Limited, serving large organizations with bespoke digital transformation
solutions (mobile apps, enterprise systems, AI-powered platforms).
- The Support Station (TSS), delivering turnkey solutions for SMEs, including websites, CRM, and marketing automation.
We've worked with both enterprises and SMEs on projects aligned with government-led digitization initiatives. Our team includes IT consultants, developers, strategists, and creatives who are passionate about delivering scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly adaptable and hands-on individual to provide essential support for our day-to-day office operations. This is a varied role perfect for someone who doesn't mind switching between computer-based tasks and physical jobs to help keep our office running smoothly. The schedule and hours (part-time or full-time) can be tailored for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will be diverse and may include, but are not limited to
• General Admin: Printing, copying, scanning, and checking the physical mail.
• Inventory & Purchasing: Helping to purchase office supplies and manage basic inventory.
• Finance Support: Collecting and organizing invoices and receipts.
• Office Maintenance: Light duties to maintain a tidy workspace, such as sweeping floors or wiping down surfaces.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Taking on other miscellaneous duties and errands as assigned by the team.
Who You Are:
• A reliable and proactive problem-solver.
• Comfortable with both computer and physical tasks.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• No specific degree required; we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
