Salary Range: RM3,500 – RM4,000 + Allowance
Job Description:
- Provide technical support, inspection, and troubleshooting for rebuild/recon lorries after delivery.
- Handle customer service requests, warranty claims, and technical complaints professionally.
- Work closely with the workshop team to arrange vehicle repairs, maintenance, and parts replacement.
- Check and confirm lorry condition before delivery (engine, gearbox, chassis, and electrical).
- Visit customer locations for on-site service or technical evaluation when needed.
- Prepare service reports, job sheets, and claim documentation accurately.
- Give technical feedback to the sales and management team to improve product quality.
- Provide technical briefing to customers during vehicle handover (usage tips, maintenance guide, warranty info).
- Support the sales team with technical information during sales discussions.
- Ensure all after-sales work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
