JOB OVERVIEW
SuamiSihat Clinic is looking for a performance-driven
Marketing & Sales Manager
who can execute campaigns, generate patient volume, increase show-ups, improve treatment conversion, and grow clinic revenue with consistency.
This role is not for someone who only runs ads.
This role is for someone who
owns the funnel from lead → sale → repeat patient.
Your measurable mandate:
Daily Leads → Bookings → Show-ups → Treatment Sales → Repeat Visits & LTV Growth
You will manage ads, CRM flow, content execution, influencer reviews, sales team performance, reports, dashboards, optimisation cycles and conversion improvements — consistently week after week.

Head of Clinic & Wellness
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
You work on the same operational tier with:
- Clinic Manager
Shared responsibility for maintaining strong patient flow, high show-up rate, smooth clinic operation and monthly performance outcomes.
You lead and drive performance for:
1 x Performance Creative
2 x Multimedia Designers
4 x Sales/Customer Service Closers
Your success will be measured by
output speed, conversion rate and revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign Execution & Conversion Funnel Management
Execute and optimise Meta, Google & TikTok Ads for consistent daily leads.
Build measurable funnel stages to minimise leakage across booking and show-ups.
Improve targeting, creatives, messaging, offers and retargeting strategy continuously.
Reset and rebuild strategies when necessary — performance must advance.
2. Sales Team Enablement, Script Direction & Closing Efficiency
Guide sales closers toward weekly booking, show-up and revenue KPIs.
Train team on tonality, urgency language, objection breakdown and treatment positioning.
Review closing scripts regularly and improve based on real patient objections.
Recommend team upgrades or replacements if performance stalls.
3. CRM Strengthening, Follow-Up Systems & Retention Growth
Scale inbound leads through paid traffic and aggressive content distribution.
Strengthen inbound/outbound WhatsApp and call closing SOPs.
Build post-consult and reactivation follow-up flows to increase LTV.
Maintain frictionless patient journey from ad → WhatsApp → call → clinic visit → treatment.
4. Influencer + Paid Review Engine (Trust Stack Development)
Source, manage & deploy influencer, UGC and paid reviewer pipelines.
Turn real testimonials & UGC into high-conversion ad and remarketing assets.
Build trust stacking to reduce doubt and shorten decision-making time.
5. Performance Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
Track CPL, CTR, Booking Rate, Show-Up %, Close Rate and Revenue daily/weekly.
Run structured A/B tests on scripts, angles, creatives, formats and offers.
Produce weekly reports summarising: Results → Bottleneck → Next Action.
Make decisions based on numbers — never assumption.
6. Cross-Functional Patient Experience Alignment
Align communication and handling across marketing → sales → front desk → clinic team.
Ensure seamless transition from ads to WhatsApp to consultation and treatment purchase.
Reduce drop-offs through frictionless patient flow, better expectation framing and sequential touchpoints.
7. Dashboard Intelligence, Reporting & Forecast Planning
Build real-time dashboards tracking leads, conversion performance, CAC, LTV & revenue.
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly results breakdowns for management.
Ensure CRM, analytics and pipeline data remains accurate and up-to-date.
Convert insights → into actions → into measurable revenue outcome.

QUALIFICATIONS
Essentials
3–6 years experience in performance marketing & sales conversion roles.
Strong funnel understanding: lead generation → booking → show-up → treatment.
Comfortable discussing men's health & sexual performance topics professionally.
Preferred
- Clinic or healthcare marketing background.
