What you'll be doing
- Provide HR administrative support by compiling and verifying attendance, leave, overtime and shift change records against the system.
- Prepare and submit monthly HR-related reports and documents, including memos, announcements and other internal communications as required.
- Maintain an organized and confidential filing system for HR and administrative records.
- Monitor and manage office inventory.
- Provide meeting and administrative support by preparing materials, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and support other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
