Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for blockchain, crypto, and Web3 projects.
  • Plan go-to-market campaigns for token launches, community growth, and ecosystem adoption.
  • Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistency across digital channels, partnerships, and media outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, PR, BD) to align marketing objectives with overall project goals.
  • Identify emerging trends, platforms, and technologies within the Web3 landscape to optimize campaign performance.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives on platforms such as X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Support partnership and influencer collaborations to enhance project visibility and credibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within Web3, blockchain, or fintech industries.
  • Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems, DeFi, and tokenomics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex blockchain concepts into relatable content.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, X Ads, etc.) and community platforms.
  • Passionate about emerging technologies and decentralized innovation.
