Job Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of data center development from feasibility, planning, and design to construction and handover.
• Oversee site-based activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, reporting progress and resolving issues proactively.
• Implement and monitor project management processes and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance on civil, structural, MEP, and architectural aspects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure-heavy or data center projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction or data center developments
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
