We're looking for a
result-oriented Telemarketer (Native Thai, Remote)

to join our team You'll contact potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving targets. Perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, is results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed daily and monthly call or sales targets.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products or services.
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly to increase customer interest and sales conversion.
  • Generate and qualify leads, schedule follow-up calls, and update the CRM system accurately.
  • Maintain records of customer information and call activities.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall targets.
  • Follow company call scripts, processes, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Thai nationality only.
  • Fluent in
    Thai

and
English

(spoken and written).
- 1–2 years of experience

in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Must have own laptop/PC and stable internet (for remote roles).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays if needed.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (Training Provided)
