The Role

E-commerce Fulfillment Executive

Your Mission

Your mission for this job is to fulfill customer orders and ship them out 99% of them on time and achieve 95% customer satisfaction on all orders. It is also your responsibility to ensure that inventory is kept up to date accurately 100% at all times through our digital inventory system. You are also responsible for handling order returns.

Role Responsibilities

• To send out 99% of all orders on time.
• Make sure all orders go through our company's Quality checking guidelines to ensure our company's quality standards and customers' expectations are met.
• Customizing customer orders, such as transferring files to their ordered devices and applying screen protectors, and more. Before shipping out the items
• Packing every order securely with protective material ensuring that the orders are protected from potential damage during shipment
• You are also responsible for handling return and refund orders, opening and verifying the returned items and sending an exchange if necessary.
• Updating inventory through bar code scanning to make sure we have accurate accounts of our inventory
• To learn new ways of customizing customer orders when new products come in. Training will be provided when new methods arise.

Outcomes to consistently achieve

• All orders are to be sent out within 36 hours or less from when the customer has ordered his item.
• 99% of all orders shipped are the correct item and quantity shipped according to customer order and special requests.
• 95% of all orders where customization is needed (e.g., Transferring files to device, adding screen protector, miscellaneous) are done right with what the customer requested.
• All orders go through our Quality Check guidelines, and 95% of orders do not get complaints from customers due to the quality of item or lack of quality checking.
• All order returns and order exchange requests are processed within two days after the item has been received. This means the returned item has been verified by you based on our return Standard operating procedure, and exchange item has been prepared to send out, and Quality checked with the correct quantity before the item is sent out.
• 100% of our orders are well packaged, and there is no damage due to courier carriage of the parcel (e.g., tossing and throwing)

Role Requirements

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malay in both writing and speaking
• Proficiency in 中文 is an added advantage
• Must have a driving license
• Proficient at using a computer to transfer files
• Familiar with using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must possess at least an SPM/ O-Level /equivalent certification OR 3 Months experience in the E-commerce industry
• Work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM at Rawang
• Punctual, especially in sending out customer orders
• To learn and adapt to new methods of doing things quickly
• If you have read and understood the Job Role answer to the Screening Question "Have you understood the role?" With "Fully Understood"
• Good packing skills and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures consistently

In-depth training will be provided

In-depth training will be provided to you from A to Z to make sure you are able to do your job effectively and efficiently.

After the onboarding training session, you can still refer from your senior and ask him on anything you are unsure of.

You will also be invited to various internal sharing session so you are always up to date on all product & promotion info and the company's direction.
