About the Role

As an E-commerce Fulfillment And Customer Service Associate you will ensure all customer orders are processed accurately, packed securely, and shipped on time.

You will also manage customer communication across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other platforms, providing professional pre-sales and after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a structured and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Shipping

  • Pick, pack, and ship all customer orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Verify each order for correct items, variations, and quantities.
  • Pack items securely following company packing standards.
  • Personalize customer orders when required (e.g. setting up devices, file transfers, applying screen protectors).

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Handle pre-sales and after-sales questions across online platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product or delivery issues.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Process returns and exchanges according to company and platform policies.
  • Inspect returned products and prepare replacements or refunds when needed.

Inventory & Quality Control

  • Maintain accurate stock records in the system.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
  • Inspect new stock to ensure it meets company quality standards.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Provide daily fulfilment and order updates to management.
  • Attend to in-person customer pickups or exchanges when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, Google Sheets, file management).
  • Must have own transport and valid driving licence.
  • Responsible, consistent, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to commit long-term (at least 1 year).
  • Willing to work full-time on-site (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM) in Rawang.

Preferred:

  • Experience in e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Malay and Chinese.
  • Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
  • Interest in consumer electronics and video game consoles is an advantage.
