Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 per month + Performance Bonus

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Role Overview

The E-Commerce Fulfilment & Customer Service Assistant is responsible for ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately, packed securely, and shipped on time. You will also manage customer communication across multiple online platforms, handling both pre-sales and after-sales inquiries to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

This role is performed in an air-conditioned, organized, and clean workspace, ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in completing their work efficiently. It is a long-term position suited for those seeking stability and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Shipping

• Pack and ship all customer orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
• Verify that each order includes the correct item, variation, and quantity.
• Package orders securely according to company packing standards.
• Personalize customer orders when required ,such as setting up devices, transferring files, or applying screen protectors ,according to company procedures.

Customer Service

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Handle pre-sales and after-sales inquiries clearly and courteously.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, or product issues.

Returns & Exchanges

• Process returns and exchanges in line with company and platform policies.
• Verify returned items and prepare replacements or refunds when needed.

Inventory & Quality Control

• Update and maintain accurate stock levels in the company system.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming stock to ensure it meets company quality standards.

Reporting & Coordination

• Communicate daily fulfilment status and order progress to management.
• Attend in-person customer exchanges or pick-ups when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Basic to moderate computer literacy – able to use Excel, Google Sheets, and handle file transfers efficiently.
• Must have own transport and valid driving licence.
• Responsible, consistent, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to commit long-term (at least 1 year or more).
• Able to work full-time (Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM) at our Rawang location.

Preferred:

• Experience in e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Malay and Chinese is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
• If you have read and understood the Job Role answer to the Screening Question "Have you understood the role?" With "Fully Understood"
• Interest in consumer electronics and video game consoles is a plus.
