Job Title: E-commerce Sales Support

Location: Rawang Saujana Teknology Park

Job Type: Full-time (5.5 working days per week)

Salary Range: RM 2,000 – RM 2,800 (based on experience)


About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support to assist with daily operations on platforms like Shopee and other e-commerce channels. This role is perfect for someone with e-commerce experience and strong customer service skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, etc.).
  • Reply to customer inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure product listings are up-to-date.
  • Assist with order fulfillment and shipping processes.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints regarding orders and products.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks related to sales and e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce platforms like Shopee, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce sales and order management.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in Malay or English ; Chinese is an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately will be prioritized
