Today, Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB), after a full acquisition on 4 November 2022.

What will you do?

  • Ensure day to day prompt retrieval of incoming emails and response, assist on sales order tracking for all customers in a timely manner in accordance to processing guidelines and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the customers on the forecasting order in detail by month by SKU's, reviewing stock inventory, AMS sales, and working together with the production team for monthly orders.
  • Managing the monthly order, liaising with the warehouse to check monthly order progress, arranging delivery schedules, updating and informing customers about their delivery/shipment schedules.
  • Assist to prepare product stickers ie nutrition/ingredient information, importer stickers & others. Coordinate with customers and forwarders when necessary.
  • To prepare EMB monthly sales closing reports, presentation slides, or any other required reports as needed by management and submit on time.
  • Raise Epay-R in Kofax Systems for Entity 4400 &4500 for A&P Claim /FI billing and ensure to follow up with the verifier to approve within the timeline for East Malaysia Distributors.
  • Updated distributors and wholesalers on sales in & sales through reports for team requirements.
  • Power Pivot for sales data ,sales performance report ,monitor and update the sales performance of EM Culinary and Confectionery at the category level.
  • Documentation and tracking CEF &PPF of Distributors.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • To submit WIP report and action plan as assigned.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and order forms.
  • To coordinate with customers when needed.

About you?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related studies.
  • Well verse in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
