Working days and working hours:
Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.15pm
Sat 8.30am - 3.45pm
Job Scope:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Promote relevant products and services to potential customers when appropriate.
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and complaint categories.
- Monitor all outlets' Google reviews and provide daily updates to management.
- Maintain and update databases with customer information and other relevant records.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer service workflows.
- Assist with marketing operations, including canopy sales events, new outlet openings, and company anniversary celebrations when required.
- Perform additional tasks and provide support as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum qualification is Diploma and above.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Have experience in customer service/call center task is an added advantage
- Can work in minimum supervision.
- Able to work in Taman Desa Kundang
- Possess own transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,400.00 per month
