Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, and staff claims to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to assist management in decision-making.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in finance operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
