Senior Property Sales Executive

Job Descriptions

  • Promote/publicize existing projects to increase brand and project awareness to public.
  • Execute all kind of sales, marketing promotional strategies.
  • Handle all sources of sales inquiries including walk-in, digital marketing lead, phone calls, events, roadshow and etc.
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with existing customers, actively source and meet potential customers for sales closure.
  • Follow up and monitor the completion of sales transactions up to SPA, loan agreement, bank letter of offer signed.
  • Compile and update sales report on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to junior sales executive.
  • Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by superior.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of related working experience
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • At least SPM holder
  • 5.5 days per week
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  • Preferable Mandarin-speaking candidates to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Remuneration Package:

  • Basic salary plus commission (potential for 5 digit income per month).
