KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Business Operations

• Take charge of SPEED's overall business operations, ensuring seamless workflows, system efficiency, and high-performing teams.
• Shape and drive strategic decision-making, aligning operational execution with business objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, marketing, and customer service to optimize processes and support business growth.

Operational Excellence & Performance Optimization

• Continuously refine processes, implement best practices, and spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
• Proactively drive revenue optimization, ensuring company targets are not just met but exceeded.

Customer Engagement & Product Growth

• Champion customer-centric operations, delivering top-tier products and services that surpass expectations.
• Design and lead customer engagement initiatives to strengthen satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strategize and implement product upselling initiatives to maximize revenue and market expansion.

Procurement & Financial Management

• Lead and guide the team to achieve procurement value targets in line with company objectives.
• Oversee procurement invoice management, ensuring timely processing and resolution of outstanding payments.
• Monitor financial transactions and payment collections to maintain financial stability and compliance.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with key players, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to enhance market presence.
• Actively participate in task force meetings, contributing insights and strategies to drive industry growth.
• Develop persuasive business proposals to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships, fueling business expansion.

Leadership & Communication

• Lead dynamic team meetings, ensuring clear alignment across customer service, procurement, and technical operations.
• Partner with CEOs and senior leadership to support high-level negotiations and resolve complex operational challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or Advance Degree is preferred.
• At least 15+ years working experience in business operations, with 7–10 years in senior management overseeing multiple departments.
• Strong background in IT products, services, and market trends, with experience managing tech-driven operations.
• Proven expertise in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and improving cross-functional collaboration.
• Skilled in budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization to maximize business profitability.
• Experience in optimizing operations across procurement, finance, marketing, and customer service, leveraging digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, confident in delivering presentations and reports to executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and operational software to drive efficiency.
