Role Description

As the
Head of Operations
, you will oversee and optimize company operations across Capstar's group structure. You will lead the execution of strategic plans, streamline processes, and ensure efficient coordination between departments — supporting our growth in wealth management, trust, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple business units under Capstar Group.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and compliance workflows.
  • Coordinate with management, finance, and IT teams to improve internal efficiency.
  • Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous process improvement.
  • Manage key operational projects and ensure timely execution.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the operations and administrative team.
  • Provide leadership support to the Board and CEO for group-wide initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related discipline
    .
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of managerial experience
    in operations or corporate management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or trust industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and implement structured operational systems.
