About the role

We are seeking a talented Learning & Development Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development strategy for our organisation that involved with various industry. The post is to be based at Johor Bahru Town Centre.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to upskill and develop our employees
  2. Identifying learning needs and gaps within the organisation and developing solutions to address them
  3. Collaborating with department heads to align training initiatives with the company's overall objectives
  4. Creating engaging and effective training content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job learning opportunities
  5. Facilitating training sessions and workshops to deliver high-quality learning experiences
  6. Monitoring and evaluating the impact of training programs, and continuously improving them based on feedback and data
  7. Providing coaching and mentoring support to employees to enhance their professional development
  8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new learning technologies to ensure our training programs remain innovative and effective

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.
  2. Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and the latest trends in corporate training
  3. Strong project management and problem-solving skills to plan and execute training initiatives effectively
  4. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage with employees at all levels
  5. Proficiency in using learning management systems, authoring tools, and other training technologies
  6. A passion for employee development and a commitment to driving continuous learning and improvement
