Our client Yihai Malaysia Food Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Support Executive to join their team

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop new sales channels and manage dealer relationships in the UAE, driving product visibility and sales performance through strategic merchandising and marketing.

What you'll be doing?
  • Develop new sales channels: Manage existing dealer relationships in the UAE to ensure effective product distribution.
  • Formulate merchandising strategies: Implement strategies suitable for retail environments to optimize product visibility and sales performance.
  • Drive product promotion: Promote new products through targeted marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and cooperation with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research: Collect insights on consumer feedback, competitor activities, and industry trends to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Establish customer relationships: Enhance customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services, addressing inquiries, and proactively seeking feedback.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with logistics and operations teams to optimize processes, improve inventory management, and ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Follow instructions: Contribute ideas and solutions for team goals, and actively participate in achieving organizational objectives.
Who are they looking for?
  • Minimum diploma: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply in Business, Marketing, or related qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Arabic; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to strengthen coordination with Chinese business partners.
  • Proficient in office software: Proficient in using office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and editing applications, etc.).
  • Own transportation: Own transportation and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Strong analytical skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks: Ability to manage ad-hoc tasks and respond to urgent issues.
  • Willingness to outstation: Willingness to outstation to UAE area when required.
