Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Credit Assessment Group as an Executive, Process Improvement & Training. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and enhancing credit operation processes, identifying performance gaps, and leading initiatives to improve efficiency. You will also play a key role in designing and delivering training programs to upskill staff and ensure consistent quality standards across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of credit operation processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze existing processes, highlight gaps, and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and monitor effectiveness.
  • Prepare and conduct training programs to strengthen staff knowledge in assessment, screening, and verification processes.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance results.
  • Prepare business requirement documents (BRD) for system enhancement related to credit operations.
  • Engage and coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., IT, Reporting, Operations, Compliance) to resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in process improvement, credit assessment operations, or related areas.
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis, gap analysis, and training needs analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
