For Inbound Support:

  • Attend incoming calls and emails, responding to customers courteously and professionally.
  • Provide timely reminders and support to customers on payments and account-related matters.
  • Drive First Call Resolution (FCR) and address customer queries effectively.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain composure and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in collection, customer service, call center, or complaint handling environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and verbal).
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude, patience, and professionalism.
  • Able to handle high call volumes and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or contact center systems.
  • Willing to work on shifts and weekends (if required).
  • Knowledge of financial services or regulatory requirements (e.g., BNM) is an added advantage.
