Customer Services Executive

Join our Johor team and be part of a dynamic logistics and freight forwarding environment We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to coordinate shipment arrangements, ensure smooth document handling, and deliver excellent service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers on shipment requirements and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Open job folders and prepare shipping documents such as Consignment Notes, Delivery Orders (D/O), Shipping Instructions (S.I.), and Manifests.
- Prepare shipping notes and delivery orders for cargo delivery to warehouse or port.
- Update customers on cargo on-board status and estimated arrival dates.
- Send pre-alerts to customers and overseas counterparts for all handled shipments.
- Ensure delivery orders (from own drivers or third-party transporters) are returned promptly and filed correctly.
- Verify job folders to ensure all charges are accurately captured in the system.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers, ensuring timely submission.
- Confirm and close transactions in the UFS system in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics Customer Service.
- On-the-job training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
