Human Resources and Administration Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation/benefits, performance management, training & development.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
- Manage statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and HRD Corp matters.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HRIS/records, leave & attendance; prepare HR reports for management.
- Lead administrative operations: office facilities, insurance/renewals, vendor management, contracts, and general office support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business Admin or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' HR & Admin experience, including supervisory/managerial exposure.
- Solid knowledge of the Employment Act and related regulations.
- Proficient in payroll/HRIS; strong stakeholder and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
