We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with HR financial reporting and analytics. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR data management, budgeting and cost reporting processes. The intern will assist in compiling, analysing, and presenting HR financial data that supports decision-making across HR functions such as compensation, recruitment, HR expenses and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining HR financial reports, including headcount, payroll and HR operating expenses.
  • Support budgeting, annual operating plan and forecasting activities related to HR operations.
  • Compile and validate data for monthly and quarterly HR cost reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with corporate financial standards.
  • Help analyze HR metrics (e.g., cost per hire, training expenditure, attrition cost) to identify trends and insights.
  • Assist with preparing presentations and dashboards for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company data protection policies.
  • Participate in other HR projects and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Good understanding of HR and financial principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
