Requirements:
Human Resources
- Oversee & monitor employee attendance, annual leave report & medical Leave report
- To perform benefits administration including employee claims, clerical support.
- To coordinate Group Hospitalization Surgical Matters and staffs movement updates
- To assist in other HR related administration work
Administrative
- Assist in-office general admin and operations
- Monitor the GPS Tracking system and prepare weekly reports on the movements
- Check and update Suppliers Invoices, bill
- Ensure sufficiency supply of pantry items
- Coordination with the housekeeper on office cleanliness
- Responsible for document sorting & Distribution
- To keep maintained the company assets, facilities, and equipment including telephone system, door access control, Water Dispenser, aircond etc (building maintenance)
- Relief for receptionist when needed
- Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing and filing systematically.
- Perform other ad-hoc task assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess good verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Attention to detail, able to work with minimum supervision.
- Preferably Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Positive & proactive mindset will be added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
