Requirements:

Human Resources

  • Oversee & monitor employee attendance, annual leave report & medical Leave report
  • To perform benefits administration including employee claims, clerical support.
  • To coordinate Group Hospitalization Surgical Matters and staffs movement updates
  • To assist in other HR related administration work

Administrative

  • Assist in-office general admin and operations
  • Monitor the GPS Tracking system and prepare weekly reports on the movements
  • Check and update Suppliers Invoices, bill
  • Ensure sufficiency supply of pantry items
  • Coordination with the housekeeper on office cleanliness
  • Responsible for document sorting & Distribution
  • To keep maintained the company assets, facilities, and equipment including telephone system, door access control, Water Dispenser, aircond etc (building maintenance)
  • Relief for receptionist when needed
  • Perform daily administrative works such as data entry, documentation processing and filing systematically.
  • Perform other ad-hoc task assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required Skill(s): Attention to detail, able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Able to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Positive & proactive mindset will be added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
